Question : BP details -- Last month she suffered high BP to 190 and was admitted, then on doctors advice got done ECG and 2D Cardio and Impressions are as follows
Global Hypokinesia of LV
Mild AR / Mild MR / Mild TR / Mild PAH
Severe LV dysfunction (LV EF : 25%)
Altered LV filling pattern
No PE / Veg /Clot

Dear sir
The ECHO report is suggestive of enlargement of heart and decrease in its pumping. This may result from a number of disease processes. High blood pressure for a long period may be one reason. Obstruction of blood vessels of heart may be other. Angiogram may help in deciding this if your doctor find any indication to do it.
Good control of blood pressure, low salt diet, diuretics, vasodilators are helpful. Hope you are receiving guideline based therapy.
