What Does This ECG Report Indicate Regarding R Shoulder Surgery?

Question : Hello,
I am a 45-y/o female who is scheduled for R shoulder surgery the middle of next week. The surgeon referred me for pre-op clearance to include various labwork and an ECG. I had my blood drawn and and ECG performed this am at the office of my PCP. The computer interpretation on the ECG states "Supraventricular Arrhythmia, Rightward Axis, QRS (T) Abnormality consistent with High Lateral Infarct". My doctor who ran the test said he could not see anything wrong with the reading himself but wished to refer me to a cardiologist. I know silent MI's are possible, and I do have a family hx of NIDDM with my father and grandmother and CAD in my grandparents (and most likely parents that has not been diagnosed). I have always had great lipid panels, good BP, I'm tall and thin--120 lbs, 5 ft 8 in tall. There is no opening for the cardiologist my doctor wishes to send me to until the end of July, so unless they can get me in much sooner, my shoulder surgery will be delayed indefinitely. I hate to wait on pins and needles until then knowing I may have had an MI and didn't know it. I have attached the ECG for your review. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi XXXXX,

I have gone through the ECG reports you uploaded.

I have not noticed anything worrisome. The automatic analysis made by the machine is not correct from my point of view and should be carefully interpreted.
To my opinion, no changes in your ECG report was noted to indicate for rhythm pathologies (your rhythm was normal, sinusal).

While, I did not notice any problem on basal ECG, that could indicate possible ischemic heart disease.

I advise to get closely checked by a cardiologist for further evaluation prior to operation, just to be 100% sure that everything is ok.
