Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam
An ECG is best interpreted by having a look at it and knowing all clinical details. With this rider, i explain your ECG in following paras:-
1. Sinus rhythm- The rhythm of your heart is normal and it starts from it's normal place.
2. Occasional PVC- The are occasional premature contractions which are normal for nearly all individuals. They are considered bad only if they initiate serious arrhythmia or patient is symptomatic because of them.
3. Possible left atrial enlargement- This is a posterior receiving chamber of heart on left side. It's enlargement can occur in many conditions but it needs to be confirmed on cardiac ultrasound or ECHO first.
4. Prolonged QT- The time taken by your main pumping chambers to relax after a contraction is more than expected. Its significance depends upon exact prolongation and its possible cause.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
