I am a 42yo male (172cm, 102kg). I have a bit of pressure in the thorax. I have a ecg attached as photo. Does the ecg look normal?
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome back on HCM!
I carefully reviewed your uploaded ECG report and would explain that it doesn't show any abnormal changes (significant ST segment deviation, arrhythmia or conductance disturbances) to raise any suspicions regarding your chest discomfort.
Nevertheless, you should know that ECG isn't 100% sensible at detecting cardiac ischemia. Also, your uploaded ECG doesn't show all the usually explored leads (12 leads).
Coming to this point, I would recommend performing an exercise cardiac stress test (especially if you have any coronary risk factors present, like hypertension, dyslipidemia, you are a smoker, have glucose metabolism disturbances or diabetes, and have a family history of coronary disease).
Meanwhile, if your chest discomfort persists, I would advise to ask medical assistance to the nearest ER service for checking repeated resting ECGs and cardiac enzymes (CK-MB, Troponin) and also other additional tests guided by clinical symptomatology.
Other potential alternatives like GERD, costochondritis, backbone degenerative disorders, etc. should be excluded as well.
Hope to have been helpful to you!
In case of any other uncertainties, feel free to ask me again.
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
