Question: Dear Dr,

Good Evening, I am XXXX XXXXXXX S age 35 years. I have get it done blood test. In that report In ECG : T WAVE INVERSION IN LEAD III. but am not understanding. what is this meaning and what is the care I need to take care. kindly advise me for good health. attached medical report for your reference.

Dear Sir
The attachment does not have your ECG graph. For best interpretation, I would request you to upload your ECG graph. I would elaborate more on this common normal variant of isoltated T wave inversion in lead III after that.
Your Vitamin D levels are low and need replacement. You can take a prescription of same from your local physician.
Your LDL cholesterol is high. However, there is no indication for starting a drug as yet, as per current guidelines (ACC risk & Q-risk both ~1%). You definitely need life style modification including avoiding fried items/ saturated fats like ghee, Malai, butter, cream etc. Avoid sweets. Regularly Exercise including brisk walk.
