Question: Dear Doctor,
Today i had my ecg and i was reported abnormal ecg.
Can u please kindly check my ecg and give ur opinion. I took blood tests like tropinon t, crp and ck test and all were normal.

I have attached the report
I am 34 yrs old. I dont smoke or drink
My weight is 84kg. I had chest pain (mostly on the right side) after i lifted heavy weight.
The pain is coming when i lift heavy weight, or climb staircase. Hence, i went for ecg. Side by side, i underwent blood test for CRP, CK, Tropinon T amd esr and all were normal

Your ecg do have significant changes which need evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Dear I have reviewed your ecg and I have to admit and tell you that your ecg do have horizontal st t depressions which are suggestive on myocardial ischeamia.
Also your pain is happening when do are doing some physical activity which is suggestive of ANGINA which again signifies ischeamia.
So to find out the cause of the changes I would like to suggest you to undergo TREADMILL TEST (TMT). If by chance these ecg changes worsen on TMT then we need to go for an ANGIOGRAM to see if there is any blockage developing inside the coronaries.
Do not ignore these symptoms and personally consult a cardiologist for opinion. I hope this information will guide you properly.
