Brief Answer:
Get the Exam and fitness by a Cardiologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I can understand the plight you are going through.

Hysterectomy is a major surgery. Will it be done by open surgery or by Laparoscopy?
In either case the patient needs to undergo complete cardiac and physical check-up by a Cardiologist.
He would perform further tests like review EKG, Echocardiography / color doppler of heart and stress tests called TMT. If he feels that the patient can undergo the stress of the anesthesia and surgery, then only he will give your wife fitness.

At the same time the Anesthetist and the Surgeon would not go for surgery unless they are sure about the safety.
So if possible, get the tests and Cardiologist's fitness now so that your wife can be subjected to surgery as scheduled.

Seen both the files sent by you- Abnormal ''T'' wave has to be investigated as it indicates possibility of dysfunction on the right side of the heart, for which you are going for the most proper opinion of a Cardiologist.

Hysterectomy is not an emergency surgery, wait till you get fitness from all concerned Specialists.
