Question: Hi, I have chest pain for around 5 months now, and my ECHO report says:
Trivial Mitral Incompetence with mild anterior leaflet billowing.
Trivial TR with estimated PAPs at 29+CVP

Should I take any action?

Brief Answer:
Depends whether you have breathlessness

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

The echo findings tricuspid regurgitation with 29+CVP pulmonary artery systolic pressure can't cause chest pain.
In case you have breathlessness, I would advise you to undergo some other examinations, to rule out pulmonary embolism and any other lung disease.

In case you have no breathlessness, I think there is nothing to be concerned.

Anyway I would repeat the echo in a year. I would measure not only pulmonary artery systolic pressure but also pulmonary artery mean pressure, which is more informative.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health

Thanks for the reply
Actually there are 2 kinds of pain, one comes in the form of squeezing, hard breathing and remains for couple minutes only then fade away, the other started lately to be there actually most of the time and it feels like when u press on a swollen area (but without me actually pressing on it) and it somehow extends to the left to a little bit before my shoulder

Any other recommendations based on that?

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms,

Your pain could come from the spine.
It can also be a simple muscle pain or costochondritis.
