Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

Your concern is appreciated

The echo report signifies that its dilated cardiomyopathy, the mitral regurge can both be the cause or result of it. In dilated cardiomyopathy the mitral valve is not completely closed so the result is regurge called functional regurge. There are different causes for dialated cardiomyopathy like severe coronary artery disease, hypertensive cardiomyopathy leading to dilated one, alcoholism, thyroid diseases, viral infections , heart valve abnormalities etc.
Atrial fibrillation can occur in dilated atrium due to any cause or it has too has its own causes but all these problems are interlinked.
In mitral insufficiency plus the dilation the treatment depends upon keepin whole picture in view your hemodynamic status the classification of heart failure etc.
Regarding mitral valve regure it can be treated conservatively with drugs or surgeries can be offered for mitral valve repair or replacement depending upon the senario. Your physical condition seems to be good and well tolerated so for the time being there is will be no need of any agressive aproach probably.

Hope it helps
Thanks.
