Brief Answer:
bilateral tubal blockage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The report simply says that there is a complete block in the left tube so the egg cannot pass through it at all, and the right fallopian tube shows narrowing but not completely blocked. In this case when tubes are blocked, the most likely causes are either tuberculosis ( KOCHS) or endometriosis. So ideally a mantoux test and ADA levels should be checked to rule out tuberculosis and further should be followed up with Diagnostic laparoscopy to rule out any endometriosis causing the tubal blockage.
In endometriosis , chances are that you may complain of painful menses through out and painful intercourse or you may have suffered from tuberculosis in your past or have come in contact with a patient.
Nevertheless the findings on HSG are generally seen in tuberculosis , so it should be ruled out and if detected then anti-tb treatment should be started asap for next 8 months course.
