Brief Answer:
implies previously infected

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

IgM- this is an antibody that is formed as a result of infection. It it formed in the early stage of an infection and indicates an acute (now present) infection.

After the acute infection resolves, it leaves the body.

IgG- this is also an antibody but it is formed in the later stages, after the acute stage.
It indicates that the particular infection was present some time in the past. It does not indicate and acute (now present) infection

The fact that you IgG is positive and the IgM is negative means that you were infected some time in the past.
Herpes 1 and 2 remain in the body and recurrent or repeated infections occur at intervals.

In some cases persons do not recall the initial infection this is the reason you may not remember when you were initially infected.

Since you do not have any symptoms at present you do not need an medication but if symptoms of acute infection occur then you can ask your doctor for medication (Anti viral medication)

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
different ways of locating one

Detailed Answer:
HI

An pediatric orthopedic doctor would be the person who would be able to do this procedure for you.

There are different ways to locate one: (1) your local orthopedic doctor may be able to refer you to a center in the US that he or she knows

(2)if there is a particular area of the US that you wish to go then you can locate a pediatric orthopedic surgeon in this area

Healthgrades.com
Zocdoc.com
webmd physician directory

If you put pediatric orthopedic surgeon in one of these and the state that you are interested in staying, it would give you a list of doctors in the area

If you wish you can provide an area and I can provide the list for you

Please feel free to ask anything else
