Brief Answer:
Continue the prescribed medications along with lifestyle changes

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Good afternoon.

I have gone through your history & the uploaded results of the liver function tests carefully and understood your concerns.

Since your BMI is 22.32 kg/m2 (within the normal range), you seem to have some sort of hereditary type of high cholesterol (familial hypercholesterolemia). As this condition runs in families and may lead to early onset heart disease or stroke. The fact that you had similar cholesterol levels some 8 months ago, you need to take Roseday 10 mg as prescribed by your doctor to reduce the high cholesterol levels.

The ALT (SGPT) is slightly raised, which can be controlled by drug like Udiplus and certain lifestyle changes like

1. Daily regular exercise (walking or jogging) for 30 minutes.
2. Eat home cooked foods
3. Avoid fatty meals, sweets, carbonated soft drinks
4. Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables.
Kindly repeat the test after 6 weeks.

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful to you.
Best regards.
