Question : hello sir,

i HAVE TESTED FOR MY LIVER ENZYME AND THE RESULT IS AS FOLLOWS,

SGOT: 133.1
SGPT: 169.8

MY AGGE IS 30 YEARS

WEIGHT : 118 KG

WHAT SHOULD I DO SIR

I have gone through your query and understand the concern.

From the facts you have shared here,you are severely obese (weight 118 kg) and SGPT and SGOT values are mildly elevated (but not too high) which are unlikely having any clinical significance especially if you do not have clinical symptoms.

Your obesity is the likely cause of this mild LFT elevation.

However I would like to ask some questions.

Let me know your height and is there any family history of obesity?
Can you brief me about your daily eating habits?
Do you drink alcohol (if yes, then how much),
Do you have any clinical symptoms?
Have you visited some local doctor for the same?
Any other test like lipid profile or ultrasound abdomen (to check fatty liver) done?
