Question: total bilirubin 21 which is higher than normal
MCV 98
MCH 33

What does it say and what should I be doing or changing?

There must be a reason for them to be higher

mcv normal 76-96 i am 98
mch noamal 27-32 i am 33

Bilirubin normal 3-21 I am 21

The total bilirubin is on higher side but within range.
For MCV and MCH, different labs use different biological interval but for practical purpose the values are within range.
