there is raised bilirubin value in the report. That is not high to be bothered. Did you have liver or hepatitis infection earlier? Did you have jaundice recent past?
the indirect bilirubin is raised I suggest to get Hemogram as well.

Then you shouldn't worry about current liver function tests.
It sometimes happens on fasting, stress. repeat the test after 6 months, if still high, you need additional tests.
