I do see your reports.

The MRI shows diverticulitis in the end portion of the small intestine. This means you need to have a diet high in fiber, and avoid things like corn and popcorn which can lodge into the small diverticular outpouchings and cause inflammation. Otherwise the report is unremarkable.

Your CT scan shows enhancement in the uterus. This is nonspecific and not connected to any particular pathology. It could be normal. It is adviseable to visit a gynecologist to do an exam and possibly an ultrasound to assess for endometriosis, fibroids, or less likely endometrial cancer.

So your doctor can simply continue to treat your symptoms without need for any physical/surgical intervention on the brain directly.

I would visit an obstetrician to perform an ultrasound of the uterus and potentially a biopsy to assess for the unlikely possibility of endometrial cancer.
