Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry for the painful situation you are going through.
From your saying, it seems that the pain you are having is due to problems with lower back (vertebrae)- herniated disc.
However, I need to have a look at the MRI report. So far, no report is in. Can you please resend at the following e-mail address:

Attached MRI report
Brief Answer:
MRI confirms discal hernia(herniated disc lumbar section)
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for providing the requested MRI report. I was reviewing it and confirmed what I was suspecting since the beginning: you're having herniated disc at lumbar section (discal hernia) causing narrowing of the neural channel.
The classic treatment consists of taking analgesics by injection or orally and muscle relaxants for long term.
If it will not work, then surgery is the next step.
Avoid carrying heavy weights, and quick movements of the back.
Physiotherapy can also help.
Wish fast recovery.
