                                            Question : what does solitary focus of t2 flair hyperintensity mean from an MRI.  and anything else i should be concerned about from this report.  was sent due to constant migraines

I have gone through your MRI report.The small solitary hyperintensity in left frontal white matter appears to be non-significant.These kind of hyperintensities can be observed in normal individuals as well and are not synonymous with disease.So,it should not be a cause of worry.
