                                            C5/6 shows evidence of right paracentral and posterocentral disc protrusion causing thecal sac indentation with mild impingement of right exiting nerve root.
Disc dehydration at C4/5 and C5/6.
No significant spinal canal stenosis.
Blood test results:
Neutrophils 86%, Lymphocytes 10%, ESR 12/hr, Mean corpuscular Hb Con. 34.53%

I have noted your clinical details and seen the MRI report. Based on this, there is a pinched nerve in the neck region due to prolapsed disc. However, this compression is mild in severity, so, surgery is not needed.
At this stage, medical treatment (which you are already on) and physiotherapy would be helpful.
