Brief Answer:
I request you to put images of the impact site

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic
I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
I request you to put images of the site of impact so that I can answer you in detail.I dont find any gross abnormality in your MRI reports. But its hard to judge without actually seeing and examining you.
Waiting for the images
Thank you.

I am sorry for the delay, computer issues. I have just sent all the images taken. I believe they show different angles of the impact site. The impact site was over the left trochanteric bursa site but it extended a little below and a little above. I have no knowledge of reading mri's but a see great differences in the lt and rt side of my hip pictures. I think I have bursitis but there are some unual markings on lt side, is it possible I have a tear and or fracture? thank u so much for your time, I truly appreciate it

Thanks for the revert and the images provided.Yes there are chances of tear also there can be intertrochanteric hairline fracture. We have to corelate it clinically to differentiate between tear and fracture.Anyhow you are meeting your doctor tomorrowSo just discuss all the treatment modalities with him.Till then I will suggest you to take analgesics like ibuprofen and have a pressure bandage. Also dont stop putting ice it will furtger help you in reducing the pain.

I hope my answer was helpful for you . Dont forget to close the discussion.Thank you.
