Hello,
I am so much thankful for your reply. It is really helpful for me. Especially that I live in Switzerland and she lives at Iran.
I have Four following questions,
1. How long (roughly) would it take for her to recover from the pain that she has now ? How many sessions of physiotherapy ?
2. What kind of indoor sports would be good/helpful for her ? (third mil for e.g ?!) How about going to swimming pool ?
3. She had experienced two car accident, one 27 years ago, the other 3 years ago, She was in the car and the car was heated from back side, and she felt kind of pain in her neck which in both cases disappeared 6-12 months after the accident. These two experience can have any affect on her status now ?!
4. Recently, she did two extra activities than normal. Would it be possible to know if her status now is because of these extra and new activities :
1. Doing some kind of strengthening (I can you send you the link that she was following, activity number 9 could be the reason ??!).

2, for a few days continuously, she was working on separating very small things (similar to the size of rice bins), she was doing it at nights for around 45 minutes, she was sitting on the floor and the orientation of the head was towards her laps.
Please do let me know if you wanna have a look at the MRI scan of her neck.
Thanks so much,
XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Welcome
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
She may recover with in 2 to 3 weeks, she will need daily physiotherapy.
Treadmill may over exert her.swimming is good exercise for her.
Due to previous accidental injury she may get early degeneration leading pain and fatigue.
Yes doing extra activity then normal can lead to such pain specially number 9 exercise which involve lot of spinal twist.
She can do these stretches if she is well trained and can do it without discomfort.
Working in such position may lead to hyper flexion of neck so avoid such working.
She may need further exercises under guidance of physiotherapist.
Yes you can send MRI scan for detail analysis.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.
