Brief Answer:
Moderate or 1st degree of disc protrusion in L5 S1.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. From your MRI report you are having a moderate or 1st degree of disc protrusion due to dessication. By considering your young age this can be due to any trauma you had or due to lifting of heavy objects or related to long term wrong posture in working environment.

Bowel movement are not effected from this. From S2 to S4 is responsible for defecation reflux. Constipation can be due to ultracet (tramadol) you are taking. Take more fibre rich food and more water. Taking prune juice or prunes at bed time will be helpful.

Muscle relaxants , NSAIDs symptomatically and neurotropics like pregabalin and methylcobalamin might benefit you.

Physical therapy and physiotherapy can make you much better. Loosing weight if you are having excess weight will help. Building supporting muscles by the guidance of physical therapist will be benefiting. Wearing corsets can also be considered after discussing with your doctor. Using of ice pack , infrared heating pads and TENS in physiotherapy is good also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
