Brief Answer:
There are mild degenerative changes and mild disc prolapse.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your MRI shows mild age related ( degenerative) changes throughout the spine. There is mild disc prolapse at many levels which is not significant. There is small paracentral disc protrusion at L5/S1 level. You are likely to get benefitted by rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Mecobalamine is useful in nerve recovery and stabilisation. You are also advised to get your vitamin D test to rule out vitamin D deficiency as vitamin D deficiencies is also important cause of backache. If vitamin D is found low then you can get supplements of vitamin D3.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
