What Does This PSA Level Of 4.9 Indicate?

Question : My PSA went from 3.6 in 2013 to 4.9 today. I am 72 and otherwise in excellent health. Biopsi test?

Hi and welcome to HCM.

This is normal PSA level for your age and this is increase is negligible as long as this is less than 6.5= So you can do Ultrasound for own satisfaction but biopsy is not required at all.
