
What Does This PSA Level Of 4.9 Indicate?

Question: My PSA went from 3.6 in 2013 to 4.9 today. I am 72 and otherwise in excellent health. Biopsi test?

This is normal PSA level for your age and this is increase is negligible as long as this is less than 6.5= So you can do Ultrasound for own satisfaction but biopsy is not required at all.
