Question : I had a pvl study showing a popliteal
Artery aneurysm with 50 to 75 % stenosis can this be treated as a routine or an urgent matter

Treatment whether routine or urgent will depend upon many factors: to enumerate the most important are:
Condition of the the distal circulation whether compromised or the collateral circulation has developed over time or not.
Condition of the aneurysm: whether old and stabilized or newly developed or enlarging.
Opinion of the attending Vascular Surgeon.
Any associated medical problems that need attention and treatment.
