Answered by Dr. Harish Naik (17 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Take the treatment as suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query.

Penicillin is the preferred therapy for syphilis. But recently few studies have shown that clinical manifestations regressed more rapidly in azithromycin-treated patients compared with patients who received erythromycin or penicillin, and there was also a more rapid reduction in serum antibody levels.

Xerine is Azithromycin, kindly take the treatment as suggested and see the consultant after that.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
