                                    Brief Answer:
Wait and watch.
Detailed Answer:
It seems that you are co relating the previous episodes of fever with the current episode.
In case his fever has not subsided since last 2 weeks I would recommend further investigations.
If he has developed fever from last 2-3 days again then wait for 5 days this could be simply viral fever and would subside.
If it persists you would need to get his widal test repeated as only the rising titres if widal are significant for fever and not a single value that is there.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

                                    Brief Answer:
Get investigations.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, these typhoid values are titres of antibodies that are formed in our body against Typhoid bacteria.
So this rise in titre can be there due to previous typhoid infection. If the infection is acute then there would be rise in titres after a week.
I guess you should wait for 5 days and if his fever persists then he would need to get proper investigations including chest X-ray , stool test and Ultrasound Abdomen.
So if his fever persists after 5 days, write to me. I would guide you for the relevant tests they should be performed.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
