Question : I was found to have a nodular opacity less then I cm on chest done to Rule out pneumonia .It was not present in March .Shouls I have any follow-up

The x ray showing a lesion should definitely be followed up.
I would recommend at least a bronchoscopy to get a sample and evaluate it for infections and malignancy.
