Question : Hi Dr I took my son 4.5years to general Checkup today.
He has adenoid it is from more than a year for which he his under treatment given by Ent..... Metaspary whenever required.
Today x-ray has come. Blood report will come tomorrow.
I have attached the xray image. I want to know is it normal?

I have read your query , seen xrays , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

Your son xray chest appear normal . Xray skull lateral view from your previous question show enlarged adenoid grade 4 .

Is this xray skull lateral view latest after taking Metaspray ? It's still show enlarge adenoid grade 4.

If I were his treating Doctor for this case , I would advice him
continue Metaspray & montelukast levocetrizin combination .
