Brief Answer:
Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Your wife is having multiple stones in the gallbladder which are of varying sizes and the largest one being 13 mm. These stones cannot be dissolved with any medications including Udiliv.
The galbladder wall thickness is normal and there is no surrounding fluid collection which indicate these are silent stones. Usually silent stones are left alone.
The only definitive treatment is surgical removal of the gallbladder which can be done laparoscopically.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
