WHEN I PISS I FEEL I HAVE NOT EMPTIED THE BLADDER. DROPS OF URINE DRIBBLE. SOMETHING LIKE A TAP LEAKING. SOME TIMES UNDERWEAR SMELL URINE. I HAVE FORE SKIN. SOMETIMES I FEEL SHOULD I UNDERGO REMOVAL OF THE FORESKIN SO THAT THERE IS IMPROVEMENT IN URINE NOT GETTING STUCK IN THE FORESKIN AND CAUSE OF INFECTIONS LATER. RECENTLY WHEN WENT FOR AN ABDOMINAL SCAN IT IS MENTIONED PROSTATE SIZE 40X34X37 MM(VOL 28.6 CC) PROSTATE IS ENLARGED IN SIZE WITH MEDIAN LOBE HYPERTROPHY. NO EVIDENCE OF PLEURAL EFFUSION/PARA-AORTIC LYMPHADENOPATHY/ASCITES. IMPRESSION: GRADE 1 PROSTETOMEGALY WITH SIGNIFICANT POST VOID RESIDUE. (URINARY BLADDER: WELL DISTENDED, NORMAL WALL THICKNESSS. nO INTRA-LUMINAL CALCULI/ MASSES. PREVOID VOLUME 184 CC; POSTVOID RESIDUE 100 CC).

You should avoid alcohol,caffeine if you take it.
You should also go for brisk walk.
Significant post void residual urine(PVRU)is also due to enlarged prostate.It will improve with treatment.
