Get paralysed.. So quite scary. Does it pain a lot? Also is it safer to have General anesthetic ?

Brief Answer:
Spinal is safer
Detailed Answer:
Yes dear many people are scared of spinal injections but it is much safer than general Anaesthesia both for mother and child.
As far as complications are concerned they are much more in general Anaesthesia specially for the baby
So in my opinion general Anaesthesia should not be given unless absolutely indicated.
Don't get panicked about infrequent complications as they are seen in very few patients
Just relax and pray for the best
