Brief Answer:
Nothing much to worry regarding the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and really appreciate your concern for your wife.
The blood reports are near normal so nothing much to worry about.
To help you further please tell me-
1. Her weight and height?
2. is there breathlessness on climbing double storey building?
Regarding her chest pain, I would suggest to get ECG, Lipid profile, repeat thyroid profile done and visit a physician/cardiologist. Heavy hair loss could be a sign of low thyroid hormone.
Vitamin D should be taken in a maintenance dose on monthly basis 60k for rest of life.
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care
