1. What are the mother's and baby's blood groups?
2. Which day of life did yo observe the jaundice?
3. Was any phototherapy given?
4. How is the baby's appetite?
5. What is the birth weight and present weight?
6. How is the baby's activity?
7. is the urine of the baby dark yellow and is it staining the diapers?
8. Can you upload serial bilirubin values of the blood tests done so far date wise?
