we did health check up found 8mm gist in gestroin, she was complaining below chest some pain

Thanks for uploading the report.
The report says there is change in the lining cells of the stomach and also the stomach lining is inflamed.
Some of the causes are H.pylori infection (negative in her case), high salt intake and bile reflux.
