Brief Answer:
An underlying allergic condition is strongly suspected for the symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Your report shows absolute eosinophilia i.e. eosinophils are increased in number.
Eosinophils are increased in allergic conditions, parasitic infections and some neoplasms.
Cough with difficulty in breathing accompanied by skin rash strongly indicate an allergic condition like urticaria, asthma etc.
I suggest you to consult your dermatologist for clinical assessment of skin rash and a pulmonologist for clinical assessment of lungs and lung functions.
Mouth sores and arthritis need to managed with appropriate drugs.
An underlying allergic condition is strongly suspected.

Thanks and take care

Dr. First of all thanks for the quick response from your side....I want to know is their any change of malignancy in later stage due to this type of eusinophilia though till now no such cells have been detected. She has also been given doses of 6 prednisone tablets but one more symptoms which she possess is the harsh voice during the morning period which later gets fine when sun rises. What may be the cause of this symptom? Is this related to eusinophilia? though few months back she was detected with hypothyroidism.

Brief Answer:
Harsh voice may be due to vocal cord swelling due to allergy possibly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Neoplasm or malignancy is one of the causes of eosinophilia, however, all cases of eosinophilia are not associated with neoplasm or malignancy.
Harsh voice which gets fine with passage of time is not suggestive of any specific pathology.
Harsh or heavy voice may be due to swelling of vocal cords due to allergy which is also affecting the lungs and causing cough.
Prednisolone is a steroid and is used to suppress exaggerated immune response.
I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist to find out the cause of cough.
Eosinophilia will be corrected once the underlying cause (allergy possibly) will be corrected.

Thanks and take care
