Brief Answer:
You may have vitamin B12 deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your mcv is high which suggests the size of rbc.
You have macrocytes and ovalocytes.

These findings are commonly seen in vitamin B12 deficiency or folic acid deficiency.
Other less common causes are alcohol and hypothyroidism.

You should check your vitamin B12 level and folic acid level.
Then you should take their supplements according to need.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic.
