Brief Answer:
Anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have reviewed your reports.
The blood picture shows that you have anemia, which is decreased hemoglobin in the body. The anemia is microcytic hypochromic type, which is present in either iron deficiency or in beta thalessemia minor or major. I will suggest you to get your iron studies and HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) to detect any abnormal hemoglobin, and hence detect thalessemia minor, if present. These two need to be differentiated as the treatment is different for the two.
Apart from it, all your hormonal and blood sugar reports are normal.
There is nothing to worry other than anemia.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Thanks doc.
Also, I wanted to know detail about the level of PCOD I have. Is there anything to worry in that case?
Also, I saw ferretin level as 1.30ng/ml. What does this mean.
And prolactin level as 13.31 ng/ml What does this mean.
and do I have thyroid?

Also Thanks alot for giving your precious time.

Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX there are no grades of PCOD and hence cannot be commented upon. However, your hormonal reports are completely normal. You need not worry, rather you should start Krimson 35 or Diane 35 from today till 21 days followed by its cyclical intake for 6 months continously.
Low ferritin level is indicative of iron deficiency anemia.
Prolactin level and TSH levels are completely normal. These hormones are evaluated in a patient of irregular periods.
No, you don't have any thyroid disorder.
