What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

None of these blood tests are specific for cardiac evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
That sounds like it was a scary event. The labs you listed show inflammation (CRP) and mildly elevated liver enzymes (AST, ALT). The low CO2 is likely from rapid breathing from pain and fever.
I think the things that would be helpful for your cardiologist to see would be
Troponin
Cardiac enzymes
(these are blood tests)
Also, I imagine they did a chest X-ray if you had fever and chest pain. That info would be helpful. And of course all EKGs.
I'm sure it would't hurt to send your cardiologist these labs, but I don't know that it would help him a lot.
Can you contact the hospital you were in in South Korea and ask for a release of records, specifying the above information? I imagine you went in thru the ER initially so the records from there would be good too (perhaps that is where the labs you listed are from). I do not know the laws in South Korea, but in the US you are certainly entitled to your records - you just have to sign forms to get them released. The more specific you can be about what days and types of evaluations you are looking for the better.
