Question : I just got my blood work results back. Does it look pretty good? My good hdl was low but i have read that exercise will help that. I had one thing come up high by one point

Unfortunately, I don't find the reports of lipid profile.
Both images uploaded show cbc with liver enzymes. These are normal.
Mildly increases fluid intake Is needed as the hct is a bit high.
Please inform exact reports of lipid profile.

I won't recommend medicine for HDL.
Simple exercise daily is enough to bring up HDL.

Ty so much! I have been lazy the last few months. I will start walking again and drinking more fluids. U have relieved me .
