Question : Can you please interpret my results and give an opinion why my lymphocytes are decreasing so much?

I have carefully gone through the attached report. Let me assure you that there is nothing to worry. The lymphocyte count is perfectly normal and not something to be corned about. It so happens that we are actually concerned more about increase in leucocyte count, neutrophils in particular, since it in likely to indicate a bacterial infection. In such a case the relative percentage of lymphocyte comes down. But in absence of increase in leucocyte count it does not really matter if the lymphocyte count is low.
A very low lymphocyte count (T lyphocyte) is associated with HIV infection but your counts are not indicative of such a low level.

What would cause the lymphocytes to drop 40% since XXXXXXX 2015 and 50% between August - October 2015?

It is varying simply within the normal range. The variation is acceptable.

Detailed Answer:
The normal values of lymphocytes are 20 to 40 percent of total leukocyte count (relative value). So, it is in the normal range. It can freely vary within this range.
