It shows altered lipid, anemia, raised CRP & raised fasting blood sugar level
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Your findings may suggest altered lipid profile, anemia, raised CRP,ferritin and fasting blood sugar level.
Elevated liver enzymes like increased GGT may indicate liver injury.
It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
It may be due to altered lipid in your case.
Findings also suggests much raised ferritin level. It is increased in many conditions like hereditary hemochromatosis, chronic anemia in conditions like thalassemia, joint disease etc.
You may need clinical evaluation and few more investigations like ultrasound of abdomen.
I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg tablet twice daily for three months. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
You may also need tablet fenofibrate 140 mg single dose daily at night after dinner. It will control elevated triglyceride level.
You should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
Avoid alcohol and smoking if you take these things.
You should take iron rich foods like dates, green leafy vegetables. You may also take tablet iron-zinc and folic acid tablet once daily with lemon water.Vitamin C in lemon helps in better absorption of iron.
You may need further work-up for anemia. You may need iron and iron-binding capacity level estimation etc.
Your fasting blood sugar level is also raised. You may need post prandial blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin level.Initially it should be tried to control with diet and exercise. If findings persists them you may need to take tablet metformin 500 mg twice daily.
Increased CRP may indicate inflammation/infection in body.It may be related to liver, joint problem etc.
CRP and LDH increases in many conditions.
CRP may be related to arthritis etc. So,it is important to know about joint pain etc. Please let me know about joint pain, morning stiffness.

The most common side effects of CIPRO include:
nausea
diarrhea
changes in liver function tests
vomiting
rash
All except rash were experienced whilst taking CIPRO 500 mg tablets.
No symptoms now except continued tiredness.
Blood test show abnormal liver levels. Awaiting results of second blood test for comparison. Chest x-ray taken 10 Nov but Doctor did not open it. Physical exam by Doctor to look for rash only..no hands on or palpation. Changing Doctors.
Appreciate your advice.
Ciprofloxacin is not expected to cause this much elevated liver enzymes.
