Brief Answer:
Its combination of eosinophil, monocyte and basophil.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Mixed cells indicate combination of eosinophil, monocytes and basophil.

Total of all three is 8%.

It is normal and there is nothing to worry about that. Your all other investigations are also normal. So just be relaxed.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
