Question : I would like to know what these abnormal blood tests results could indicate.
WBC 10.48
RBC 5.48
HGB 16.6
HCT 48.9
GRAN ABSOL 6.6

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have high hemoglobin, rbc and hct. It suggest polycythemia.
You should search the cause of polycythemia.

First of all you should repeat your complete blood count two to three time. If it remains persists then you should check for jak 2 mutation and other tests.
