Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to learn about your bothersome symptoms. You could consider taking viagra but you should undergo an in-person check up with a doctor first. When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following blood tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:

CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your last 3 months' glucose average). Also known by other names such as GlycoHemoglobin or Glycated Hemoglobin or A1c
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
TSH (checks your thyroid)
Free T4 (this checks your thyroid too)                                                                                    Thyroid  autoantibodies :  Anti Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) antibodies  and   Anti Thyroglobulin antibodies
25 hydroxy Vitamin D   levels   (ideal range 40 to 60 ng/ml =  100 to 150 nmol/liter)

None of these tests require any fasting and can be done at any time of the day

Brief Answer:
Follow up

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached reports

1 Your TSH is high

See an endocrinologist in-person and discuss the possibility of increasing your thyroid medication dose.

2 Your vitamin D is low

Ask your doctor to prescribe vitamin D

3 Your vitamin B12 is low

You will also need to be treated with vitamin B12 supplements

4 Your liver enzyme is mildly high

Monitor it and make a plan with your doctors' advice

Brief Answer:
Second follow up

Detailed Answer:
There is no known direct problem in using viagra if you have vitamin d and B12 deficiency. It is possible that if the thyroid is not regulated properly, as is the case with you, you may not see optimal results with the use of viagra.
