                                            Question : Recently done my health check up.  following are the investigations :
1. RBC (1-2)
2. LOW SGOT (12)
LOW BLOOD UREA NITROGEN (5)
RAISED CHOLESTEROL - 221
RAISED LDL CHOLESTROL - 155
LOW CALCIUM -8.4
LOW VITAMIN D -11.95
LOW VITAMIN B12- 152.0
Please advise

Hi,
Thank you for query.
You have both vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency. Your Cholesterol and LDL are marginally high, so you need lifestyle modification like physical activity and diet.
SGOT and urea are normal as it differs from lab to lab,so can be ignored
You Vit D supplements like tab calcimax D once daily and B12 supplements like methylcobalamine.
Exposure to sun for 30 mins is mandatory,but in evenings.
