Brief Answer:
good health

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.

You have both vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency. Your Cholesterol and LDL are marginally high, so you need lifestyle modification like physical activity and diet.
SGOT and urea are normal as it differs from lab to lab,so can be ignored
You Vit D supplements like tab calcimax D once daily and B12 supplements like methylcobalamine.
Exposure to sun for 30 mins is mandatory, but in evenings.

Get back if any query.
