ABove is my blood test report. I have sneezing and running nose problems. Doctor has prescribed Hetrazan 100 (3) and Hicet DC (1). Please advise.

From your symptoms and reports it is clear that you are having an allergy problem and from the levels of eosinophils it looks like that the allergy is a bit severe.
Please dont worry as there are many medications available for allergies nowadays and most of the patients lead a normal life once the medication are started.
Hetrazan and hicet dc are correct medications and will give you good relief.
In my patients i also like to start on steroid nasal sprays , mostly fluticasone propionate 2 puffs twice a day as i have found them very useful in controlling the symptoms. Please discuss this with your doctor.
Please dont worry about the abnormal blood values as these will come back to normal once your allergies are controlled.

Following this you can switch over to plain moteleukast 10 mg at night for another two weeks as it will help give long term relief.
If you used the spray ,then I would advice you to continue using it for another two weeks as it will help prevent early recurrence.
