Brief Answer:
Vitamin D deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.

See, in the attracts reports there is Vitamin D deficiency and that needs treatment.
The treatment would be Vitamin D XXXXXXX 60 K (Calcirol) once a week for 3 months.

Now as far as her lipid profile is concerned, in the attached reports lipid profile is missing.

I would recommend you to attach the report for a better comment.

Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modifications.

Detailed Answer:
All her reports are within normal limits.
Just her lipid profile is deranged and this however doesn't need any medicines and requires lifestyle modifications as follows:
1. Regular exercises and weight control.
2. Low fat diet.
3. Avoid potato , sweets , rice in diet.

To get her lipid profile repeated after 3 months and write back to me again.

If you have any further query, please ask me.
