Brief Answer:
Nothing to suggest tendency of cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I understand your concerns, However, these reports do not suggest anything related to cancer. His iron level is low though hemoglobin is fine. The MCH and MCHC are low because of iron deficiency. So he may require some iron supplements to improve body iron stores.

Another aspect is slight high cholesterol and LDL cholesterol which will require dietary modification and exercises to control. If required, statin group of drugs may be needed later.

His Vitamin D is low which will need Vit D supplements.

Overall, nothing too serious and nothing to suggest cancer.

Hope this helps.
Regards

Thank You very much for your reply and confirmation.
For Iron deficiency Do you suggest any medication which would be safe to take.
Apart from the test done which test we need to perform or test done in the reports are enough?
As mentioned by you about the Statin drug to control LDL does it have any side effets which is the statin drug you would suggest

Brief Answer:
No other test required as of now

Detailed Answer:
Many iron supplements are available in the market. Exact preparation and dosage will be fixed by his doctor.

I don't think statin required as of now but msy be required later if cholesterol is not controlled by diet and lifestyle measures. They are quite safe usually.
