Question: Hi Doctor
My "25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL)" is coming to be 9.15 ng/ml which indicates deficiency per the report. Kindly suggest me some good supplements to overcome the same. However Vitamin B-12 is normal.

Also test report is attached for your reference.

Brief Answer:
D-Rise

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Yes, you are deficient for Vit D. I have gone through the report.

I recommend you to take D-rise powder XXXXXXX one at a time, one per week for 8weeks and thereafter one per month for 8 months. This powder has to be taken with milk in the night after food.

Do get the test repeated after 8weeks from the first dose. It does take time for the levels to pick up. be patient and complete the course.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
